About Us

We are a family-owned business, based in the beautiful town of Bideford, North Devon. We are a very active family and spend lots of time outdoors. It was this love of camping, walking, outdoor swimming, playing football, skiing etc., that led us to consider designing and sourcing a multi-purpose changing robe. We wanted a premium quality robe that is perfect for changing into after a swim, but which also looks good for wearing on a really cold day on the beach, standing on the sidelines at a football match or sitting around the campfire on a cool summer’s evening.

After investing significant time in sampling and rigorous testing, our Jalapeño robes have been engineered to provide the right clothing to make the most of all your outdoor activities.  And very importantly – the Jalapeño robes look great!

It was during the brainstorming process to decide exactly what features we wanted in a changing garment that the Jalapeño robe was born. Why Jalapeño? Well not only is it a really beautiful pepper, but we felt that the chilli/heat associations would reflect the warmth and comfort we would create with our robe. We are thrilled with our Jalapeño robes and branding and receive lots of compliments about our style and logos.

Following on from the success of the Jalapeño robe, we had lots of requests to develop an Equestrian version.  We listened to the customer feedback and set about designing the Jalapeño Equirobe.  This robe is designed with the great style, warmth and comfort of the Jalapeño in mind, and uses the same premium quality materials, but has additional features, which make it perfect for Equestrian use.  Take a look at the Equirobe page for features and colours.
