Guidelines for Damaged Parcels and Swapping Items
If you receive damaged parcels, please ensure that you notify us on receipt of your parcel. We will work with you to resolve the problem once we have received all necessary information.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us at support@jalapeno-uk.com prior to sending back the original robe. Once we receive your returned robe, we will promptly dispatch your replacement at no additional cost.
